P3 tomorrow morning. And all of a sudden I feel like I know nothing. Seem to have forgotten all the calculus that i’ve been practicing for days.
I desperatley want to do well. Lots of people are expectin me to. On top of the list is Dad. One of the very few people whos proud of me. It feels really nice when I meet his friends I’ve never met before and they say “Your dad talks a lot about you.”
then there’s Z who threatens to stop talking to me if i dont get into IBA.hehe. Speaking of which, the undergrad program has been announced and the test is on the 26 th. Yet another challenge. People expect that I’ll clear it just because I did last year when I only took it to see where I stand.
That had been a really great experience. Hadnt taken it seriously at all. On the morning of 27th June last year, I was burning in fever. grand dad was really concerned why i was going to take a test being so sick when it really didnt matter. I thought the test was really easy. Came out all smiles. During the week found out that a few other friends ahd taken it too, and they were really counting on it. On friday, the result was published on the net. I had no hope of seeing my number on the list of successful candidates but there it was. I was dumbfounded. How could I have cleared when I wasnt even prepared. i basked in the glory of my achievment till I found out that my friends hadnt cleared.
but the heat is on this year. What if I dont clear it this time after all the preperation? I dont want to let my dad and others,who r counting on me, down. I have to do it. I just have to do it.
And before I get carried away and forget the real task at hand, I better get back to my claculus.
